RoseDolls will be closed to new orders until previous orders have been fulfilled. This is because we would like to be able to give our full attention to customers who have already made orders and are awaiting their items. The only exception is:

- Orders for in stock items as these items are on hand.

- Orders for any outstanding layaway payments as the order has already been placed with the respective company.

Please do not worry: If you have made an order and it has been placed with the company we are doing our best to have items shipped out to you asap. If you have placed an order for any of the christmas events / December's preorder period they will be placed as usual for you.

If you have any questions regarding this please don't hesitate to contact us. We apologise greatly for any inconvenience caused, but we have decided that this is the most fair plan of action.

What are the payment methods?:

We accept Paypal only.

Do you accept returns/give refunds? 
Yes, however please contact us first before attempting returns. 
If the item is not what you ordered then please contact us asap. Specific arrangements will be then decided upon.
Any damaged items you receive must be reported to RoseDolls with in 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence if possible. Again, special arrangements will be discussed.
We have a zero spam policy. Your email address and other details will not be passed onto anyone else.

Do you accept returns/give refunds?:

Due to the nature of preordering, preordered items are generally nonrefundable, especially if special requests have been made for them (i.e. face ups, certain accessories). Please bear this in mind before ordering. Any damaged items you receive must be reported to RoseDolls with in 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence if possible. Special arrangements will be discussed.

Do you offer layaways?

Yes we do! To have a layaway payment plan your order must fulfil these conditions:

- Be all in stock items only (such an an in stock doll)
or
- Be over $400 (excluding shipping).

The maximum length layaway available currently is 2 months. Payments can be made in 2 different payment plans. As an example:

- 2 part payment: 1/2 of the total cost paid as a deposit on the 1st of January and the remaining 1/2 is paid on the 1st of March
- 3 part payment: 1/3 of the total cost paid as a deposit on the 1st of January, another 1/3 paid on the 1st of February and the remaining 1/3 paid on the 1st of March.

The deposit is non-refundable. We understand that personal problems sometimes arise, so if we do not receive any form of contact from the customer after a full month of the due date for a payment then all payments up to that point at forfeited. Please pay promptly, but contact us for more layaway information and to make arrangements. Paying the remaining cost before the due date for that payment is of course accepted.

If you would like to pay by layaway then please contact us directly with your order rather than paying through the checkout.

How will items be shipped?:

We ship worldwide! All items will be shipped with in 1-2 working days after we receive them/if they are in stock.

If orders are made from more than one company then orders can take longer if they are to be all shipped at the same time. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Arrangements can be made for them to be shipped seperately which may incur extra costs.

You can estimate the shipping costs by adding the items you would like to purchase to the cart

and them when viewing your cart using the estimate shipping costs function. If that doesn't work then contact us and we'll do our best to provide an accurate, speedy answer.



 Please note all possible shipping methods are listed, but not all of them will necessarily provide sufficient insurance for you order, therefore it is your decision whether you would like to choose a method which fully insures your order or not. If you do choose a method which doesn't cover full insurance RoseDolls cannot be held responsible if there is a loss during shipment/damage. The times below are also approximations provided by the courier, shipping may take longer due to customs, holidays etc.

Regarding Royal Mail Special Delivery available in the UK, if you make an order and would like it to arrive on Saturday (i.e. it is shipped out on Friday which tends to happen if ordering on Thursday) then please note that there is a small surcharge of £2.70 to be paid in addition to the shipping costs paid for through the checkout. This is to be sent afterwards to service@rosedolls.co.uk via Paypal. If the parcel is too large to be sent by Special Delivery and you have chosen this shipping method, your order will be sent out by the equivalent Express Interparcel service which has the same delivery speed.

What can I gain for signing up to become a member?

RoseDolls has a points system  similar to that which you may have come across on most BJD sites. When you make a purchase with RoseDolls in the new shopping system you will be credited with points based on the value of your purchase and this will contribute towards money off your next purchase! You also get points when you refer friends to RoseDolls and they place an order. You can also see an up to date status of your order and details of previous orders, therefore it is highly recommended that customers sign up.

Please note: You must sign up and create an account with RoseDolls before/when purchasing to gain the points.

What does it mean when you say 'preordered'?

Preordered means that we do not currently have the item on hand and it is ordered from the company after you make your order. If orders are made before the end of the month but are paid for after, they will be added to the next months ordering period.

Ordering periods for all companies excluding Sinyland and Alice in Labyrinth are as follows:

Sunday 1st of July - Tuesday 31st of July

Wednesday 1st August - Friday 31st  of August

Saturday 1st September - Sunday 30th of September

Monday 1st October - Wednesday 31st of October

Thursday 1st November - Friday 30th of November

Saturday 1st December - Monday 31st of December Except for Dikadoll : Saturday 1st December - Monday 24th of December

PLEASE NOTE *CHRISTMAS NOTICE*:
From the 11th of December 2012-24th December 2012 we wil have limited computer acces, so order processing will be slower than usual. Please note you can still place orders during this period and they will be processed all in time for the december preorder period when we regan normal internet access after this time.

POSTAL SERVICE is slower thaan usual up until around the 7th of January and all through December so please give up to 5 working days more for your order to arrive with you.

If your order is part of an event, such as a summer or christmas event, then please expect your order to take up to 21 working days more than usual to produce as company production tends to slow down due to the increased number of orders they receive.

 

The times listed below are average times in working days which the companies aim to meet for the order to reach RoseDolls. Sometimes when there are a large volume of items ordered, orders may take longer to fufil, especially when discount events are taking place. Monday through to Friday inclusive count as working days.

Alice's Collections: *Stock turnover for Alice's Collections is high, therefore we advise customers to email first asking whether the items they would like to order are available* Orders take around 30-35 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time to arrive.

Alice in Labyrinth: For AiL products orders are sent to AiL as soon as we receive them.Orders take around 10-17 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time to arrive with an extra 10-14 days if a face up has been ordered.

DikaDoll: Orders take around 65-75 working days after preorder has been made with an extra 10-15 days if a face up/blushing has been ordered.

Doll Family A and H: Orders take around 65-75 working days after preorder has been made with an extra 10-15 days if a face up has been ordered.

Doll in Mind:  Orders take around  35-45 working days  after the preorder is made including shipping time from the company, with 14 extra days is a face up is ordered. If the order is for only doll heads then the order will take approximately 20-25 to arrive after ordering including shipping time from the company.

We cannot preorder Outfits and the Minimee Service.

Dreaming Doll: Orders take around 17-24 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time to arrive with an extra 10-14 days if a face up  has been ordered.

Ersa Flora: Orders take around 15-23 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time to arrive as they are all made to order.

LittleMonica: Orders take around 40-55 working days after the preorder is made including shipping time from the company, with an extra 4-5 days if a face up is ordered.

Marchen Waltz: Orders take around 37-47 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time to arrive with an extra 5-7 days if a face up  has been ordered.

Nine9style: Orders take around 20-30 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time from the company to arrive. 

Ringdoll: Orders take around 38-48 working days after preorder has been made to arrive with us. Please note that clothing, eyes, shoes, wigs and accessories will take 38 working days as they are shipped with doll orders.

Sugarble: Orders take around 51-57 working days after preorder is made including shipping time from the company.

Sinyland: For Sinyland products orders are sent to Sinyland as soon as we receive them. Orders are sent to Sinyland as soon as we receive them. They take around 27-37 working days after preorder has been made including shipping time from the company to arrive. Heads are shipped directly from Sinyland to you.
